MEMBERSHIP

The West Virginia Aerospace Alliance Spring Meeting will be held on March 26th at the North Central West Virginia Airport (CKB) in Bridgeport, West Virginia. The meeting will take place on the second floor of the terminal and will be from 10am-3pm.  For more information about the meeting, please contact the Alliance. Memberships offered through the West Virginia Aerospace Alliance (Alliance) provide an opportunity to promote and grow West Virginia aerospace businesses, while simultaneously growing the businesses that collaborate with them. Alliance members are encouraged to network their services and products while supporting the flourishing West Virginia aerospace industry. Depending on the membership level, businesses affiliated with the Alliance are given the opportunity to attend, present at, or sponsor meetings and networking events, be promoted by the Alliance on social media, and maintain in the loop of all information gathered by Alliance associates pertaining to the industry.

Board of Directors Membership

The Alliance Board determines the direction of Alliance policy and actions, establishes legislative priorities, and interacts directly with the West Virginia Development Office and Secretary of Commerce to expand the aerospace industry in the Mountain State. The Board has the authority to direct the Alliance’s activities and manage the Alliance’s affairs, including all fiduciary activities. Overall, the Alliance Board of Directors represents the voice of the West Virginia Aerospace industry and prioritizes industry growth and success.  Board of Directors members pay dues via the due structure set for by the Alliance Board.

Exclusive Membership

A voting membership in the Alliance is designed for those businesses and individuals who are active in or have a relationship with the West Virginia aerospace industry. Exclusive Members are eligible to vote at meetings of the membership on matters affecting the Alliance. Exclusive Members shall pay dues via the due structure set forth by the Alliance Board.

Associate Membership

A non-voting membership open to certain other companies or individuals who are not directly involved in the West Virginia Aerospace industry, but who wish to participate in Alliance activities. Associate Members are eligible to attend membership meetings and perform other duties as requested by the Alliance Board. Associate Members shall not be eligible to vote at meetings of the membership or on any other matters affecting the Alliance. Associate Members shall pay dues via the due structure set forth by the Alliance Board.

All members of the Alliance will be invited to attend the Alliance annual meeting. This year’s meeting will be held on March 26th in Bridgeport, West Virginia.
